01Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Crimson Algo (“Crimson Algo”, “we”, “us”) for your use of crimsonalgo.com and its related services, including the member area, Trading Journal, Economic News, Risk Calculator, Crimson Tools indicators and other digital products, Private Consult, and our Discord and Telegram communities (together, the “Services”).
By creating an account or using the Services, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Services. You are responsible for making sure that using the Services, and trading the markets discussed on them, is lawful where you live.
03Your account
- Provide accurate information (name, email and country) and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell or transfer your account or the access attached to it.
- You may delete your account at any time from your Account area. Deleting your account ends any active access and cannot be undone.
04CID and membership verification
Some benefits (for example Discord roles, Telegram Signals access, and qualified product offers) depend on your status as a client of our partner broker, ConnextFX. To receive them you may submit your ConnextFX client ID (“CID”).
- You may submit only a CID that belongs to you. Each CID can be linked to one Crimson Algo account.
- Submitting a CID does not by itself grant access. Eligibility is determined from partner reports provided by ConnextFX (for example deposit totals and traded volume over a period) according to the criteria shown in the Services at the time.
- Reports are imported periodically, so eligibility and renewals may be delayed. Calendar months are counted in Bangkok time (GMT+7) unless stated otherwise.
- We may change qualification criteria for future periods, and may refuse, suspend or reverse benefits obtained through incorrect data, shared CIDs or abuse.
05Digital products and access
Products are delivered digitally. Depending on the product, delivery may be an entitlement on your account (such as Journal Plus), access to an invite-only TradingView indicator granted to the TradingView username you provide, a Discord role, Telegram group access, or a file download.
- Access lasts for the duration shown at checkout or on your receipt. Time-limited access expires automatically at the end of the period.
- Some products require you to “claim” access, for example by entering your TradingView username or connecting Discord or Telegram. You are responsible for providing correct details; access granted to details you supplied is treated as delivered.
- Delivery through third-party platforms depends on those platforms being available. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver promptly, but timing is not guaranteed.
- We may update, improve or discontinue features or products. If we discontinue a paid product during an active access period, we will provide a reasonable alternative or a pro-rata remedy as described in the Refund Policy.
06Prices and manual payments
Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency. Payments are made manually:
- You start an order and receive a unique order reference and payment details, typically a PromptPay QR code.
- You transfer the exact amount from your own account and upload a clear image of the payment slip within the time shown at checkout (currently 10 minutes for the first slip). Orders not paid in time may expire.
- Our team reviews the slip against the payment received. Access is granted only after approval. We may reject a slip that is unclear, duplicated, altered, for the wrong amount, or that cannot be matched to a received payment, and you may then upload a replacement.
You are responsible for any bank or transfer fees. Submitting a forged or reused slip is fraud: we will cancel the order, may suspend your account, and may report it to the relevant authorities. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, resell, redistribute, publicly post or screen-record for redistribution any paid product, indicator, signal, or member-only content;
- copy, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or logic of our indicators and tools, except where the law expressly allows it;
- create multiple accounts or use another person’s CID or identity to obtain benefits;
- interfere with the Services’ security or availability, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape them, or access them by automated means other than as we allow;
- upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or malicious content, or content containing other people’s personal data without permission; or
- harass other members or breach the rules of our Discord and Telegram communities.
08Intellectual property and licence
The Services, including the Crimson Algo name and logos, website design, indicators (such as Crimson Trend, Crimson Reversal and Crimson Market Zone), tools, signals, educational content and software, are owned by Crimson Algo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable price, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the products you have access to, for your own trading and education, during your access period. No other rights are granted.
You keep ownership of the content you add, such as journal entries and evidence images. You grant us a licence to store and process that content only to provide the Services to you.
09No investment advice
Everything provided through the Services — including indicators, signals, market commentary, economic news, risk calculations, Private Consult sessions and community discussion — is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
Crimson Algo is not a licensed investment adviser, broker or dealer. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. Please read our Risk Disclosure before using any of our tools.
10Third-party platforms
The Services integrate with or link to third-party platforms, including Discord, Telegram, TradingView and our partner broker ConnextFX. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, actions, or changes that affect delivery.
Your trading account with ConnextFX is a separate relationship between you and ConnextFX. We do not hold your funds, execute your trades, or have access to your trading account.
11Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access, with notice where practicable, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or if required by law. Access obtained by breaching these Terms may be removed without refund.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) continue to apply.
12Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Services, market data, prices, news, calculations or signals will be accurate, complete, timely, uninterrupted or error-free. Market data from third parties may be delayed. Illustrative figures and previews on the site are examples only.
13Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Crimson Algo is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
14Governing law and disputes
Crimson Algo serves members worldwide. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally; most issues are settled this way. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules, seated in Singapore, before a single arbitrator and conducted in English.
Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of the country where you live, or prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in a small-claims court.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify members by email or in the Account area. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not affect access periods you have already paid for.
